Registration of OSMD (OSBB) in Ukraine

The association of co-owners of apartment buildings (OSMD) is a legal entity (non-profit organization) created by the owners to manage, maintain and use common inseparable property.

In the light of the active reform of the housing and communal sector, the creation of such an association is very relevant. The creation process consists of several main stages: the creation of an initiative group, the organization and holding of the constituent assembly, the state registration of condominiums by decision of the constituent assembly. However, often on the way to registering such a legal entity, residents (or a developer) face a lot of problems and questions.

  • Agreement with a bank on opening an account;
