The State Regulatory Service of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and with the support of the Office of Effective Regulation (BRDO), have launched a pilot module for planning activities of state control of IAS SSC. With its help, the draft of Implementation Plan of the comprehensive measures of state supervision (control) for 2018 (hereinafter – the Plan) has been formed in accordance with the proposals of the supervisory bodies.
The official site of the pilot module for planning the measures of state supervision (control) IAS SSC provides an opportunity to check whether a particular business entity is included in the draft plan for the next year. It is available at the following link: http://www.ias.brdo.com.ua. You can find an interested enterprise by its name or by the code of the USREOU. It is important to note that you can refuse from the implementation of a comprehensive planned measure of state supervision (control), by writing to the SRS. In this case, the inspection of business entity will be held according to the individual annual plans of the supervisory bodies.
The planned activities are carried out in accordance with the annual plans approved by the state supervision (control) body no later than on December 1 of the year, which precedes the planned one (the planned period is the year that lasts from January 1 to December 31 of the planned year).
Concerning the enterprises that have separate subdivisions, the scheduled inspections can be carried out simultaneously in all divisions within the implementation period of one planned activity.
The availability of the same business entity in the annual plans of several state supervision (control) bodies serves as the basis for conducting a comprehensive planned activity of state supervision (control) in its respect.
The bodies of state supervision (control) draw up a list of business entities annually which subject to inspections in the planning period, and not later than on October 15 of the year preceding the planned one, provide the entry of information about them into the integrated automated system of state supervision (control) (IAS SSC) for the purpose of automatic detection of such enterprises by it (Article 5 LU “On the main principles of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity”).
The drafts of annual plans of the following bodies are loaded in IAS SSC and taken into account when creating a draft of comprehensive plan:

- The State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety
- The State Service of Ukraine for Medicine and Drug Control
- The State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection
- The State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations
- The State Service of Ukraine for Labor
- The State Agency for Forest Resources of Ukraine
- The State Agency for Fisheries of Ukraine
- The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine
