Documents required for account opening

For residents: an extract from the Commercial Register signed by the secretary and stamped (original or notarized copy). Not more than 15 days from the date of issue, otherwise a certificate will also be required to confirm that the data in the register have not been changed. The certificate is also valid for 15 days. In the absence of the original statement, the bank sends an online request, which is paid by the applicant to the account.
For non-residents: memorandum of association/decision, charter/decree, relevant registration certificate (issued by the state register of a state institution or institution of local self-government).

Cost of opening a current account

For resident legal entities and individuals - free of charge.
For legal entities from the EU countries (except the UK, Cyprus, Luxembourg and Malta) - 70 euros.
For legal entities registered in other countries - 150 euros.

Maintaining a current account for legal entities - 10 euros per month.

Debit/credit cards available. In Citadele, you can open an account for operations in several currencies - multi-currency, as well as traditional mono-currency. The number of accounts for business clients is unlimited.

Account management:

Clients have access to remote management via Internet banking.

Personal presence:

The presence of the owner is obligatory (at the Kiev representative office or the office of our company).
