To start the account opening procedure, you will need to fill out and then send a questionnaire to the main office. After its consideration, special bank forms will be prepared.

The process of reviewing documents and making a final decision on opening an account takes from 1.5 to 2 weeks, starting from the moment the documents are submitted to the main office of the bank.

Account management is carried out in several directions - by phone, fax (with a password) or via the Internet. Internet banking operates in a passive mode (only viewing the account status is available).

The current service charges are as follows:

• transfers within the European Economic Area (EEA) - 10 EUR;
• transfers outside the EEA countries - 0.25% (min. 150 EUR, max. 1000 EUR);
• account closing – 60 EUR;
• account maintenance – 240 EUR per quarter (for one account opened in one currency, including access to InternetBanking).
