Requirements for the company

The size of the minimum authorized capital of the company must be at least 200 thousand kroons. The contribution of one founder is at least 20 thousand CZK. The founder of an LLC can be both a legal entity and an individual. The number of founders of an LLC is from one to 50. The level of importance of each of the founders is determined by the amount of their contribution to the statutory fund s.r.o. The registered office of the company must be in the Czech Republic.

Authorized capital:

The following requirements are imposed on the authorized capital in the Czech Republic:

• 100 thousand CZK (about 3,300 Euro) - for a closed joint stock company with limited liability;
• 1 million CZK (about 33,000 Euros) - for JSC.

Shares:

According to Czech law, companies registered in the territory of the jurisdiction can only use registered shares. Bearer shares are not allowed here.
