About the Bank
Československá obchodní banka (hereinafter referred to as ČSOB) is one of the oldest and largest banks in the Czech Republic. It was founded back in 1964, when the Czech Republic was part of Czechoslovakia. After a regime change in 1999, the bank was privatized and the Belgian financial group KBC Group became its new owner.
