About the Bank

The bank was founded on April 29, 1992. Since then, the bank has been successfully operating in the Latvian and international financial markets, offering its services to a wide range of clients, both individuals and businesses. 1. Registration certificate.
2. Charter (with all changes).
3. A document confirming the right to manage the company (appointment of directors, power of attorney, etc.).
4. The Certificate of Good Standing, if the company has been registered for more than one year from the date of registration.
5. Copy of the passport of the representative of the company;
6. Copy of the passport of the real beneficiary of the company (in case the real beneficiary of the company is not its representative);
7. Description of the business activity – The business plan or detailed description of the proposed business. It is necessary to provide financial statements if the Company has been operating for more than 1.5 years and is preparing a financial statement.
