Open an account with Signet Bank (formerly Bank M2M Europe) On September 20, 2017, the European Central Bank (ECB) and the Financial and Capital Market Commission of Latvia gave permission to a group of international investors - Signet Global Investors Ltd, SIA Hansalink and SIA Fin.lv - to acquisition of significant influence in Bank M2M Europe AS.

The Signet group is an internationally recognized asset management company that has been trusted by respectable institutional and private investors to manage their wealth for over 20 years. London-based Signet Capital Management Ltd is licensed by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. The founders of the group are US citizen Serge Umansky (Serge Umansky) and Swiss citizen Robert Marquartd (Robert Marquartd).
